The Shambhavi Dress is a made-to-order product and is not kept ready for dispatch. Each dress is specially stitched as per the client’s measurements and instructions.

How to Place Your Order

Once you place your order, you will need to send us your complete measurements through WhatsApp. Please make sure all measurements are accurate, as the dress will be stitched exactly as per the measurements and instructions provided by you.

Rules & Regulations

1. The Shambhavi Dress is made only on order and is not a ready-to-dispatch product.

2. Complete and accurate measurements must be shared with us through WhatsApp before stitching begins.

3. Once the measurements and stitching instructions are confirmed, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

4. Since the dress is customised and stitched specifically as per the measurements provided by the client, no return, exchange or replacement will be entertained once the dress has been stitched.

5. Chhabi Traditions will not be responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.

6. Making time is 25–30 days from the confirmation of the order, receipt of advance payment and required measurements.

7. Delivery time will be additional to the making time and will depend on the delivery location.

8. Advance payment is mandatory for customised orders.

9. Slight variations in colour, texture or weave may occur due to fabric characteristics and screen or lighting differences. These will not be considered defects.
