At Chhabi Traditions, every product is made with utmost care, dedication, and attention to detail. We work closely with skilled artisans to bring you authentic handloom sarees and jewellery. Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been placed and delivered.

Please Note:

Slight variations in color, texture, or weave are not considered defects. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted products, making each piece unique.

Minor thread pulls, uneven weave patterns, or small color spreads during the dyeing process are normal in handloom fabrics and do not qualify as damage or defects.

All product details, including measurements, fabric type, and care instructions, are clearly mentioned in the product description. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

If Your Order Is Received Damaged:

In the unlikely event that your product is received damaged, please do not discard the packaging or alter the product. We request you to record a single, continuous and uncut video while opening the package, clearly showing the outer packaging, shipping label, package condition, and the product received.

Please share this uncut/uninterrupted unboxing video with us on WhatsApp at +91 9158908189 as soon as possible. The video will help us verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery and assess the issue for further action.

Any claim regarding damage must be supported by an uncut unboxing video. Claims without appropriate video evidence may not be eligible for further processing.
