The Belan Butta Ilkal Saree is a masterpiece of traditional Ilkal weaving, showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship of our skilled women weavers. This saree is absolutely handwoven, made using pure silk, and carries the authentic essence of Karnataka's handloom heritage.

The inspiration behind the Belan Butta comes from the humble Belan (लाटण / Latana in Marathi), a traditional rolling pin found in every Indian kitchen. Some of our talented women weavers transformed this everyday kitchen tool into a beautiful woven motif, giving this saree a unique identity that beautifully connects daily life with traditional artistry.

The saree measures 6.3 meters in length and comes with a contrast blouse piece attached to the pallu side. Please note: The blouse worn by the model in the photographs is only for styling purposes and is not included with the saree.

One of the most striking highlights of this saree is its traditional Tope Design Pallu.
